Hi, I’m Andrea! I was born and raised in Olathe, Kansas, and moved to the East Coast in 2021. Movement has always been a central part of my life—from my early days in musical theatre and dance to eventually discovering a deep passion for health and fitness.
That passion really took root during college, where I was a member of my university’s competitive dance team. It was there that I began going to the gym regularly and learning how to properly fuel my body—both of which were entirely new to me at the time. The physical and mental challenges were tough, but I loved how strong and energized I began to feel. Although I didn’t know exactly what I was doing at first, I’m so proud of how far I’ve come.
After college, I knew I wanted to take things further. I began working toward my personal training certification—not only to deepen my own understanding of sustainable health and strength building, but also to help others feel empowered in their own journeys. Around the same time, I decided to prep for my first-ever bikini body competition as a way to push myself in a completely new and exciting way.
As a personal trainer I value leading with kindness, positivity, and patience. I will meet you where you are and care about your self-growth as much as my own! I would love to be a part of your fitness journey!
